Love, Healing, and Belonging to Yourself

with Jasmine Bellamy, Head Merchant + Culture Transformer at Reebok
4

I am delighted to show up in your inbox with my beautiful, wise friend, Jasmine Bellamy. She calls herself a “joyful disruptor” which she arrived at through her practice of love and an opportunity to change the culture of Reebok after the murder of George Floyd.

She is remarkable, in every way, and we are so blessed to welcome her to the After Hours community. Jasmine used to work for Venus Williams, is one of Sports Illustrated’s Top 100 Women in Sports, and the Head Merchant and Culture Transformer at Reebok. She’s also the founder of Love 101 Ministries where she encourages people to embrace a practice of love in every facet of their lives through her podcast, consulting, and social media She is 30 years deep in her marketing career and has her MBA as well as a Masters of Theology from Fuller Seminary. She speaks at retail summits and conferences like Culture Con. Jasmine is also a mother of two and lives in New York. She’s a hero and very much at home in herself.

In this casual “at home with us” style interview, Jasmine shares her story of healing and love, how she went from living disembodied as a Type-A personality to living an integrated, joyful life, and how she became a soft place to land by resisting judgment of herself and others. TRULY I can’t wait to to read whatever book she writes someday!!

I hope you love learning from Jasmine as we welcome her to the After Hours neighborhood. Here’s a transcript of the interview for those who need it.

Together in New York in June
