I literally use “productive dissociation” as a strategy with my clients 😆!

“Dissociating productively” is something I will be using in my daily life, so thank you for that. 😂

My Dissociating Greatest Hits

- SEVERANCE (saving the finale because I don’t want it to end!)

- RUNNING POINT (like a knock-off Ted Lasso, less feels but lots of laughs! Wow, have I missed Kate Hudson)

- Reading FOURTH WING (I am a romantasy newbie. I fear I’m going to hyperfixate on this genre for a while, but I’m not mad about it!)

- not wearing much makeup these days: just slathering CeraVe Vitamin C serum, retinol, and sunscreen moisturizer on my face and calling it a day

This was a refreshing piece, from one tired gal to another☺️ Reading: Lovely One (Memoir), Burn Book (Business Tech), and The End of Normal (Memoir/ Madoff Wall Street). I’ve been using the same boring products on my skin 😂: Khiels in the winter, La Mer in the summer, rose oil on my face, makeup only if I must.

Why is Kiehl’s so amazing?? I don’t know what they put in their stuff to make it smell so gooooood.
